The room measures approximately 120 ft2 with two windows and a spacious wardrobe in place of a closet. An updated, modern bathroom is shared with your two roommates from the other bedroom. The unit is on the first floor of a multi-level rental property conveniently located close to OC Transpo bus stops, Highway 417, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and cafés.
The common areas of the unit are fully furnished. Brand new laundry facilities located in the basement and are shared with your roommates and the other tenants in the rental property (five – six people in total). Room must be single occupancy per the property owner’s instructions. No pets please. Rent is $1,000/month and includes all utilities (hydro, water and high-speed internet). Parking is available for an additional $50/month. Secured storage units are also available in the basement for an additional $50/month. First and last month’s rent + references required.
