Squires Avenue

The room has hardwood floors and looks out on a 200’ backyard. There is a grocery store and some smaller stores on the corner close by and tons of stores down Victoria park at the Danforth. There are busses at either end of this block on Squires and the Metro is just down Victoria park a short bus ride down. The backyard has tables and chairs and a fire pit for small fire gatherings and laundry is on site. There is a small kind natured dog that lives at this house so only people that like dogs should contact me please.

One roomie is a marketing student and the other roomie owns a gardening business and studies eco friendly courses like green buildings and soil restoration. We both like to socialize off and on but are also busy with our own lives and would appreciate someone who is the same. 😊
