Charming renovated living space in century home in the Village of Old Chelsea. Lots of light. Quiet bedroom space, good size well equipped kitchen, office/living room, balcony. Lots of green space. Amenities in Old Chelsea: grocery store, pharmacy, post office, library, community centre, Nordik Spa, restaurants, cafés, pubs and eateries. Gatineau Park at the door step (XC ski trails, hiking, cycling paths, swimming at Meech Lake). Some bus service morning and evening to Ottawa/Gatineau with new “on demand” service. 12 min by car to downtown Ottawa.

This is a secondary home I own. I visit it frequently to work on the ground floor where I am preparing to open a nature store and do general maintenance. The living space is on the second floor. Looking for a quiet, tidy, friendly, responsible, person.
