Unfurnished bedroom with closet, own controlled baseboard heater, big window. Shared bathroom/kitchen. Coin laundry. Landlord recently put in laminate flooring since photo was taken

I am very outdoorsy, sometimes I’m gone on work trips. I have my kids over some weekends, no creeps. Prefer female cause of that, but not a no. Nice quiet apartment, close to river and rail trail. Walk to town 2 mins.
