Surbhi's room

Hi, I am renting out a den with a private washroom for $1200 (single occupancy) and $1300 (sharing) located in core Liberty Village close to grocery stores (5 min walk) and transit 10 steps away from the building.

The rent is exclusive of the utilities. This place offers a gym, pool, spa and sauna, party hall and many more amenities. I am looking for a tenant looking to move in early January or 15 January. If you are interested shoot me a text for further details.

The place is shared with two people (me and my sister). We are from New Delhi, India. Working full-time jobs on-site, we are extremely meticulous about the cleanliness of the place and prefer eating non-vegetarian except beef. We are friendly but also respect personal space and would expect the same. :)
