Hi, Renting a Second room. Short term between January to March 1st. Connected with TTC Yonge-Sheppard station.

2 years old Condo with great amenity and Built-in Washer and Dryer in the Unit.

I am renting the second room as I don’t really need the second room and because of my hectic working hours, I hope someone can be home time to time for my dog to be friends with. (So yes, renting for my dog) Even though my dog is very friendly, it will be a challenge to live with us if you have dog allergy or feel scared by a dog. I am Korean guy who usually works outside or stay in the room.

Has built in closet as well, Room is pretty bigger than you think. Bathroom for yourself only.

We Share living room together, it will be me in master room, you in second room.

Benefits of my place

Cons of my place

1. Your Roommate smokes cigarettes (smokes outside but still stinks when walking around)
2. My dog is too friendly and will ask you to play with him
3. He has furs… Lots of furs!!

I try to keep the place as clean as possible but as my dog sheds, it is quite difficult to have the unit in mint condition.

Rent fee is 1300$ including utilities. Its empty room so you can move in whenever you want.

I have a samoyed. I always vacuum everyday but still.. theres furs. Furs! Looking for someone who loves to be friends with dogs.
