The apartment is located across from Quality Foods in the Broadstreet apartments (facing away from the highway). It is on the 4th floor and is very quiet. Each of us will have our own bedroom and private bathroom and will share the living, dining and laundry space.

If I feel you are a good fit you will need to fill out an application with Broadstreet Properties and receive landlord approval. Extra parking spaces are available for a fee, must be discussed with building manager.

$1100 per month plus half of the utilities (total rent is $2300 plus utilities). $500 damage deposit paid to Broadstreet Properties.

I’m looking for a roommate to share my 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in Parksville. I am in my 50’s, work full time (daytime schedule) and have a small, well behaved, hypoallergenic dog. I spend most of my time at work or spending time with family, so I’m not home very often. My dog is never left home alone. I live a quiet lifestyle and am looking for a roommate who shares similar values (preferably female).
