OFF GRID LOCATION.

Small camp cabin on 2 acres, all off-grid, bare-bones camp. Outhouse+solar power only+diesel/kerosene heat but trying to have the woodstove in by Feb

I can set up 2 150w solar panels and a charge controller with 1 deepcycle 12v, Its not a lot but if you can supply an extra battery or two you’ll be able to run quite a bit, the panels charge well.

VERY MINIMAL NOT FOR EVERYONE, the land is shared with me, a 31 y/o male I like to think I’m a positive person, honest, friendly and I mind my own, happy to help with what I can, The land is animal friendly- if they get along with my dogs and cat- YOU WILL NEED A VEHICLE. rent can be negotiated if need be, with regards to adding value to the property

I’m 31, work online, and easy to get along with. The property is rough living, but it suits me fine, lots of projects to do and things to keep busy, 5 minutes to drive to Chipman, Ill be happy to help get anything you need figured out/installed I’ll be building a loft bed and setting up the woodstove ASAP just wanted to see if there was any interest, the back cabin is very private, a ways from the main cabin with lots of tree cover, fire pit out front and is well insulated and remains warm once heated, if interested please contact and Ill fill you in and we can chat about it
