You’ll love it here. Small farmhouse backing on to a forest full of walking trails. Exercise area in large detached garage. Full out building for entertaining, fire pit, walking distance to the Vernon Variety convenience store (LCBO). Located between Greely and Winchester in Vernon. It’s 15 minutes either direction. You will become one of the family which is myself and my 3 dogs. Shared kitchen and bathroom. Small but functional and furnished room upstairs with skylight. New washer/dryer. Some storage available in the garage. Bell fibe internet, gas furnace, water softener on well and septic. The house is at the very end of a dead end road. Quiet and private backyard.

My son moved into the city and I’d like to have a housemate who will be setup in his old room. I know how hard it is to find a nice place to rent and as an empty nester it would be nice for someone else to enjoy the property. Ideally suited to someone who works outside of the home as I work from home. Any age is welcome so long as it is a really good match and you love dogs. I have 3 dogs. Mya, Milly and Jack. They will become your best buds. One is a standard poodle and the other two are doodles so no dog hair in my home. We do deal with 12 muddy paws in between seasons but they are worth it. Entertaining friends is welcome in the out building. Wait until you see it!
