I’m looking for a roommate from now until at least May 31st, 2024 (when my lease ends). You can renew the lease at that point.

About the apartment:

• Utilities (heat, hot water, & electricity) are included in the rent price!
• Rent is $700/month per person
• The unit is hooked up with Bell FibreOp, Gigabit Fibe 1.5 and I’ll cover the costs.
• Laundry room is in the basement and costs $1.50 in change for each load (washer & dryer)
• There’s unassigned parking for at least 1 other vehicle.

About you: Ideally, I’m looking for someone who…

• Non-smoker
• Is also clean and tidy and happy to share cleaning tasks.
• Is somewhat around my age (19-28).
• Is a Christian or respects Christianity.
• Enjoys music.
• Likes cats. If you have a cat, it’ll need approval from my landlord first.

• I work from home on weekdays and have a clicky mechanical keyboard.
• I have 1 neutered male cat who is very lovely but does shed quite a bit.
• I’m a musical guy so you may hear the occasional guitar and singing.
• I’m a Christian but am respectful towards other beliefs. I only ask that you do the same.
• I take care to keep things clean and relatively tidy (I never leave dishes in the sink for longer than overnight, sweep and mop as needed, clean the sinks and toilets occasionally, etc.)
• I own a car.
