I’m subletting my room for a short-term rental this January! It’s at Bloor-Jarvis, in between Sherbourne and Bloor-Yonge subway stations, grocery store is a 3 minute walk away, an extremely safe building and responsible and kind management. Big, cozy bright and furnished room and the price includes all utilities, including a gym, pool, laundry and sauna in the building. I’m eager to find someone fast for this month, starting Jan 4 and ending Jan 31. We are flexible with the exact dates.

My roommate is a very kind and tidy 20-y/o male student. We’ve lived together for 2.5 years and become good friends, he’s very trustworthy, reliable and respectful.
