the apartment will not be fully furnished and the bedroom is also not furnished (however we can also discuss selling you a mattress and bed frame). The move in date can be as early as January 10th, we are asking for half a months rent for when you move in ($412.50). Heat and water are covered by the building, the rest of the utilities is paid for by you and the roommate which he already has everything set up so you just transfer him money at the end of each month. There is parking available you will just have to discuss once you arrive. There is one other person living here, a young male adult very nice and respectful, he has his own half bathroom so the bathroom isnt fuly shared. The roommate is one of our dear friends, he is very sweet and organized, the only reason i am leaving is to move in with my partner. He works a lot so he’s not there 24/7 and when he is he is very quiet and respectful.
