This is the largest bedroom in a 3-bedroom apartment with an ensuite washroom located in Tunneys Pasture.

All utilities are included in this price. This includes hydro, water, heating, and wi-fi.

The kitchen comes with appliances already. It comes with an oven, a microwave, and a fridge. There is cookware provided.

There is also in-unit laundry.

Parking is available for an extra fee.

This space is less than a 10-minute walk from the O-train which connects you to the heart of Ottawa. A convenience store is located nearby.

Before moving in, the first and last month must be paid.

I’m setting this up for a friend looking for someone to take over their lease. It is currently on a lease until August 25th but can be easily renewed.

The current residents are early birds and like to keep to themselves.
