About the room
I will be subletting my room in Laurent Student Housing from 1st May to 1st July which is a luxurious apartment, convinently located near the UofA, next to Earls on-campus and its fully furnished! The room has an amazing view of Edmonton downtown as the apartment is on the 11th floor. The building has a penthouse, gym, pool table, study lounges and free yoga classes offered as well.
The wifi and electricity & water are already set up and will be around $80 per month together.
Rent can be negotiated to fit your budget :)
