We are looking for a roommate to join our collocation(7 1/2) in Saint Urbain and Saint Joseph (Mile end/Plateau) The room is furnished (bed and desk). We are looking for responsible, tidy, and open-minded people. The apartment is very bright and has a huge balcony, a washing machine, and a dryer, the kitchen is well-furnished. The apartment is close to Laurier, Saint Laurent, and Mont-Royal avenues, Supermarkets (PA and Maxi) SAQ, Jean Coutu, Pharmaprix, and SA et Fils. Next to bus lines 55, 51, 711, 80 and is about 12-15 min walking from the Laurier metro.

$705 (Internet included) + Hydro The room will be open from January 1st. Here we are very sociable and the fourth member of our house must be too. So I ask that you send us a short description of who you are and any questions you may have so we can schedule a visit.

Nous recherchons des personnes responsables, ordonnées et ouvertes d’esprit. L’appartement est très lumineux et dispose d’un immense balcon, d’un lave-linge et d’un sèche-linge, la cuisine est bien équipée. L’appartement est à proximité des avenues Laurier, Saint Laurent et Mont-Royal, des Supermarchés (PA et Maxi) SAQ, Jean Coutu, Pharmaprix et SA et Fils. À côté des lignes d’autobus 55, 51, 711, 80 et à environ 12-15 min à pied du métro Laurier.
