Hello! This is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment located in Grant Park in a quiet area with nearby stores like Walmart, No Frills, Sobeys, Dollarama and the Grant Park Shopping Centre.

I’m looking for a (female only) roommate to occupy one of the rooms and preferably someone who can sign the lease until the end of December 2024. Move-in is for next month, March 1, 2024.

Utilities are included except hydro & wifi is separate which we will split. There is a parking spot if you need one but you’d have to pay per month. Also, a security deposit will be required that is around $300. Currently the unit is unfurnished.

If you need to get to UofM or UofW, the bus ride is around 20 mins and the bus stop is a 10 min walk.
