This room is bright and sunny with south facing views, big windows, its own separate entrance located in a quiet neighbourhood that backs onto green space in Eagle Terrace. Garage storage space, where you’d also have access to your own fridge/freezer. Parking on street or visitors spaces. Shared kitchen and laundry. Located near the free Roam bus stop. Room is on the lowest floor but is a walkout basement room with huge south views of the Three Sisters mountain range right from your bed.

We are a quiet little family, just a mom, her ten year old kid and our cat Zara. All female household. No couples, please. We are hoping to find a friendly, sociable person to share space with and who would pull their own weight doing the occasional basic chores in the shared space. There is no lease involved because it is a shared accommodation living with the home owner.
