I am looking for someone to rent my 2nd bedroom. Responsible for your own food and toiletries. All cleaning supplies are supplied by me for daily/weekly shared chores. Shared bathroom & kitchen. Large 1100 sq.ft. corner, south facing condo with lots of windows and light. I have the entire unit furnished with plants and furniture and very clean. Large depth corner balcony with view. We will share the daily/weekly chores in common areas. The only rigid requirements I have is zero guest(s) and cleaning up after kitchen and bathroom use each time/day. In suite washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, stove, MANY small appliances, all appliances are brand new. Solid wood floors in unit, carpet in bedrooms. Hydro, Internet and Optik TV included in rent. Flatscreen TV provided for bedroom as well as bed, bedding, linens, dresser, side table, lamp and hangers for closet. 1 bedroom for rent is $1500 monthly. 3 month rental agreement(not lease); month to month after. 3 months proof of income; Background check required. 1st months rent & damage deposit ($2250 combined) due at rental agreement signing. Rent due on LAST day of month. I am a very fun and humorous adult and easy to get a long with. I am travelled, educated, well-read, pop-culture and history nerd. Open to all people and judge no one and would ask the same.

Bi-weekly house cleaner comes on Sunday afternoons.

I am a 47 y/o busy working professional, and am looking for a busy full-time worker or student. Quiet condo and quiet building. Not a socializing condo and no guests are part of the agreement. Condo is a quiet, clean, and my sanctuary. I also have a background in professional Makeup Artistry and Special F/X, as well as a certified Medical Esthetician. I collect MCM chairs and 50’s teak.
