This is a nice single room space perfect for a student or working professional that is clean respectable and quiet. We have had a lot of applications for this room, but all applications were irresponsible or incapable of paying rent and deposit . A family with small children lives upstairs so we are looking for someone who is quit clean responsible and respectful.
