A 4, 6 month, or possibly longer sublet available OR a potential month to month lease take over AT 750/month (everything included). 1.5 bathroom with in house washer/dryer. The room is upstairs and south facing. It It is 11 feet 8 inches by 8.5 feet. The room can come furnished or unfurnished. There is also a backyard with a fire bowl and a shed for bike storage.

The house is right on the Iron Horse trail which leads directly to University of Waterloo and both Uptown Waterloo and Downtown Kitchener.

You would be joining Jennifer, Alex, Newton, and Eryn. Along with Eryn’s dog, Sasha, who is very well trained. Folks range from their mid 20’s to mid 30’s. Folks are very tender, caring, mature, easy to talk to, and easy to get along with. Some folks gather for home dinners together a few times a week, so getting it on house dinners could be an option for you, but certainly not required. There are also the occasional dinner gatherings where people invite their friends over. By and large the house is generally pretty quiet though.

There is a rotating chore chart for cleaning and such.

Our landlords have been fantastic and care about the property. They make sure issues are fixed and that the house is running well.
