Seeking female housemate, respectful, clean and familiar with sharing a house with others. Private, semi-furnished room with shared bathroom and shared main floor. Room has bed frame, mattress and mini fridge. Rent is paid every 1st of the month. All bills are included in rent (all Utilities + internet). Proof of employment mandatory.

Located in Nepean, Leslie Park area, Algonquin College is one 20 minute bus ride or 7 minutes away by car. Super close to IKEA/Pinecrest shopping complex (5 min) and the 417 highway (3 min). Free parking on the street.

My name is Berline and I’m the only other current tenant. I am a bit of a homebody and like to spend my time off of work at home. That being said I can respect the desire for personal space, time, and boundaries, especially in a shared space.
