Hi all, I currently live with a roommate in Laval, very close to the 13 and about 10 mins drive from downtown Laval. The area is very welcoming and every neighbor are friends which make this area very unique. It is a triplex so the apartment is very big and on two floors. there is one full bathroom upstairs and an extra one downstairs that had only a toilet a sink and washer dryer. The apartment is fully furnished. You can bring your furniture for the bedroom if you’d like. The room will be ready July 1st but there is a possibility for before if need be.

I am a 27 year old female working full time (2 days at home), I don’t have people over all the time and I love to cook and watch shows. I also have an adorable 3 year old french bulldog. We are allowed animals, if you have one you are more than welcome to bring your pet.
