I live in a family apartment complex, there is no backyard but it is a very peaceful neighborhood with amazing cohabitants with laundry onsite & parking on the road (myself included). Everything in this apartment has been furnished by me so there is no worry except for the room rental itself - utilities are covered for the apartment so this is a flat fee listed on this ad.
