The suite is top of the line, with in-floor heat that you control, large egress windows, fire/sound proofing insulation, air exchanger, fire extinguishers, CO/fire alarms, and outdoor cameras for maximum safety and peace of mind.
No smokers/pets/parties. Owners live upstairs. Clean, responsible, and quiet people only. 1 year lease, tenants insurance, proof of income and two references required.
