The building is very nice, modern and pet-friendly with a 24/7 concierge, large condo gym, shared bbq area and rooftop pool. The unit has a washer, dryer and dishwasher with garbage disposal nearby. The monthly rent is $1332.50 + shared wi-fi, electricity and tenant insurance, which is always around $100. Parking is included in the cost of rent and one spot is available.
About the roomies
I don’t work a typical 9-5 so I’m in and out of the house throughout the day. I may have a friend over once a week but I’m usually working, cooking or reading when I’m home.
