About the room
Ocean view house in Kitsilano right on Point Grey Road aka “The Golden Mile”. Situated between Jericho and Kits beach, it’s the perfect place for summer. Two-thousand square foot unit on the top two floors in a character home. Three large balconies including an ocean-facing one on the top floor.
Note: We can furnish the room if you’d prefer! We have extra furniture from our current place.

About the roomies
We are two female working professionals in our late twenties (26 & 27) looking for a third roommate. Shannon works in tech recruitment sales and Megan works in visual effects. We like to go to the beach, cook dinners, watch movies together, have friends over for the occasional gathering, go for brunch at Turf, go skiing in Whistler and workout (F45 and yoga). Looking for a social, clean, active and fun working professional who wants roommates and friends :)
