Room available in Roncesvalles! This is a beautiful area, steps away from High Park and steps away from the cutest shops on Roncesvalles Street. I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. Your bedroom and bath is on the main floor, along with the living room, and lots of space for a desk. On the 2nd floor is my bedroom and bathroom, along with the dining room and kitchen (so yes we have tons of space!). The unit has been recently renovated and is super cute. We also have our own back patio perfect for dinner dates in the summer!

I’ve been living in this unit for over a year now and absolutely adore it. My incredibly friendly dog also lives with me (so you must be a dog lover because she will love you!). My roommate is moving out to go travel, so we have her room available. You are the perfect candidate if you are a:

• working professional (I am a Marketing Manager and work from home everyday, but sometimes travel for work).
• a bit of a neat freak (someone who is super tidy, helps with cleaning the house, especially keeping our shared spaces always clean like the kitchen, living room and dining room).
