You would be a 10 minute walk from the local grocery store, with a bus stop right outside the apartment door! Within walking distance of Beacon Hill Park and Dallas Road beach. A 5 minute walk away from the Royal BC Museum with attached IMAX theatre. The building is nice and secure, with access to an amenities room and gym. The kitchen has working appliances and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and dryer available in the apartment. The room is fully furnished with a bed and storage. Rent monthly is $1150, utilities are split between yourself and the current resident. You would be sharing with one other female. Deposit is half month’s rent.

You’d be living with my roommate who is a woman in her early 30s. She is clean, quiet, and respectful.
