Princess Avenue

We have two bedrooms available (each $1400 including utilities or combined for a reduced rate to be negotiated) in the main upstairs floor of our Fernwood Home. The two rooms will share a bathroom with full soaking tub/ shower combo. There is a furnished living room and kitchen upstairs (pictured). Downstairs there is full laundry and a den area with Smart TV. We think the situation may be ideal for a couple as one room could be office/ mixed use and one room bedroom, but we are also open to individuals. Serious non partying, non smoking, students are welcome. We are experienced with space sharing and expect common spaces to be cleaned immediately after use (in terms of kitchen and shared spaces). You will have access to fully fenced front and backyards, space for gardening if you like, and outdoor gathering space. One of the rooms is furnished with a queen bed. The other room has a single bed with storage under which could be replaced with another option if you like. We could provide this if need be. Amazing location and neighbourhood. No pets, no smoking.

We are a couple (40,50) with 4 kids out of the house who travel for work and pleasure. We have 2 friendly dogs who will be with us when we are in town (approx. 20% of the time). We retain full use of our downstairs bedroom and bathroom, however we are out of town for work often. We are looking for community minded, ecologically aware folks to share the space with. We will plan to have a video call and then personal meeting prior to renting. For the right people, if it ends up feeling like the right fit, a long term stay is possible.
