I am looking for a clean and mature roommate/couple to share a spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom garden level basement suite located just 15 minutes away from UBC and 30 minutes from Downtown. The house is conveniently situated near bus stops for easy access to UBC (25 bus number) and downtown (2 bus number), both just a 2-minute walk away.

Rent: $1500/month + utilities. Half month rent as deposit. (The rent mentioned is for one room in this shared house.)

Utilities: Utilities are additional - Electricity and Gas, everything else (Internet, Water, Washer/Dryer) are included in the rent

Furnishing: The private bedroom (shown in photos) comes fully furnished with a bed, mattress, 2 chesters, wardrobe, desk, chair, 2 lamps, bedside table and 1 seater sofa.

I have recently completed my graduation from UBC and currently working from home with a company in Vancouver. I am very clean, quiet and generally keep to myself. I live in the other room. I do not smoke, drink or host friends. I am extremely clean and always ensure that I keep the common areas clean and tidy. I have lived in this house for the last 17 months with multiple tenants throughout. I absolutely love the neighbourhood and have had no issues with the landlord.
