Located on Lakeshore blvd w, with a view of the humber river.

The available room is a shared two person room, with two separate single beds, a closet and dresser. The entire condo is also shared with two other roommates; one who lives in the den, and the other in the master bedroom. The main bathroom is shared, as well as the kitchen, living area, and balcony, overseeing the lake.

If you are a student breakfast is provided.

Tenants have full access to the building amenities, e.g., gym, party room, pool (still in construction)

Currently two roomies living in the unit, one in the den, and another in the masterbedroom.

Ideally looking are for two students to rent out the single room for $800 each, or $1200 is single person wants a private room.
