I have found a 1+1 with a Two floor gym, dt, utilities all included, need someone who is open and willing to accommodate and make the space to work for us, preferably a responsible female age 18-28 to share, the +1 is a den so no window but living room and kitchen is really bright, we can talk about using the space in a layout that works best for us!
