Welcome! I am looking to rent out two of the bedrooms in a three bedroom townhouse to one person. Two bedrooms, one person. The second room can be used for hobbies, storage or as an office. The townhouse has 3 levels and 1.5 bathrooms. There is a Zehrs within walking distance; Fairview mall and Wal-Mart are close as well! The property was built in the ’70s and is in great condition. Appliances have been updated and are modern. There is a small fenced backyard. Current furnishings are different from those in the pictures.

I am the only other person living here. I’m in my mid 30’s, employed full time in engineering and part time as an audio technician. When I am home I mainly prefer it to be quiet. My hobbies are playing guitar, rock climbing and board games.
