I want to sublet the room due to moving in with my boyfriend. Now this pretty room will be without the owner. Room has excellent exit on the spacious big balcony, shared with other roommate, female student from McGill University. Room has big windows from which it’s easy to have a view on the beautiful sunsets and sunrises. In the room there is enough space for a big table, full size bed, 2 chairs and a shelf. Table can be sold with the renting of the apartment for reasonable price. Room is not too big, but it’s perfect for 1 person. Bathroom is clean and comfortable, bath is clean and always has hot water. Apartment is located on the second floor. The location of the house is very convenient for students from UQAM or McGill, as it’s close to both universities (almost next to McGill and one metro station from UQAM). Metro, by the way, is close as well - it’s 3 minutes walking to Place-des-Arts and 7 minutes to McGill stations. Kitchen has a big fridge and all needed to cook perfect meals.

Roommate you will have - female student from McGill University. She is very tidy and keeps house in the great condition. She spends a lot of time either outside working or exploring Montreal or in the room, not noisy.
