Hi everyone! I’m looking for a roommate for this 2 bedroom basement suite, available NOW or February 1st latest.

It’s an amazing location with it being only a 10 Minuit walk to Nanaimo skytrain station. 2 mins from the 25 bus and near the number 7 and 16 bus too. It’s a 1 Minuit walk to Banana Grove Market and Deli and 15-20 mins walk to Trout Lake.

The bigger room with the big closet would be $1300 and the smaller one $1200 plus %20 of utilities, around $25 for renters insurance and $28 for internet. Half months rent Damage deposit. Only one room is available. I’ll take the room you don’t want.

Our landlady will require a credit check, current employer contact info and landlord reference. You will be signing a year lease.

The room is unfurnished but the rest of the place is furnished with everything you need.

Covered parking spot available. Not pet friendly and only for one person.
