Large 2 bedroom plus den basement apartment in the heart lake area of Brampton with laundry in unit. This unit is great for large groups or shared accommodation. Unit is currently vacant so 2 rooms are available at $1250 each. Rooms can be shared and den could be used as a seperate space if required. Wifi included however other utilities would be %40.

We are a family of 5 living upstairs with an adult child, 9 year old and a 20 month old baby. It is quiet during the days and we are respectful of other living together in our household.
