The bedroom is fully furnished. Rent includes utilities and some professional cleaning (vacuuming + bathroom cleaning) every 4 weeks. Located in Sardis near Vedder & Luckakuck. Close to transit and within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and the mall.

Our home is a 3 bedroom + 4 bathroom townhouse in a small, quiet complex. The bathroom beside your bedroom has a skylight and will be private, although you might have to share it on rare occasions. We have top-floor laundry and central a/c, as well as both a living room and separate rec room. There’s a small yard with a garden, and space to store a bike in the garage. There’s plenty of street parking for a car.

My husband & I both work from home and are relatively quiet middle-aged nerds with an elderly, indoor cat (sorry, she needs to be an only pet). She’s very social, but shy around strangers. No smoking of any kind or illegal drugs allowed, but we’re otherwise 420 friendly. I’m a bit of a neat freak—albeit not unreasonable about it—while my hubby’s not as particular. I only mention it, because a couple former roommates caused some pretty gross issues at our old home, so cleanliness is fairly important to us in a potential roomie.
