Une chambre se libère le 7 février dans notre appartement. Nous sommes a deux pour le moment, un gars, une fille, tout deux jeunes pro. Calmes quand il le faut , nous sommes respectueux , clean et sociables : )

Nouveau / Nouvelle coloc , propre, sociable, respectueuse Wanted.

A 1 min de la station de metro Cotes des Neiges, une vraie bénédiction en hiver. Juste a côté de l’UDEM, des lignes de bus (124, 165, 51,…). Entouré de bars (Saint Houblon, bar irlandais,.la maisonnée…), café (Caravane Café, Presse café, starbucks,…), restaurants (sushis, libanais, vegan,… ), supermarchés (Maxi à 5 min by bus, Metro a 5 min a pied, couche tard a 1 min, Jean Coutu à 2 min a pied, Marché Cotes des neiges, centre ville a 15min by bus….).

L’appartement est très spacieux et lumineux. La chambre en question est la plus grande de l’appartement, avec balcon. meublée avec hydro, et wifi inclus pour 600 $/mois.

A room will be available in our apartment on February 7th. We are two, a guy and a girl, both young pro, looking for a third roommate , clean, sociable, respectful.

The location is ideal, just next to the metro and bus lines ( less than 1 min) , close to everything from bars (St houblon, Irish bar,…)and restaurants (Lebanese, Japanese, Vegan, Belgian,…) to supermarkets (Maxi at 5 min by bus , Metro, couche tard, Jean Coutu, Cote des neiges market, ….). 15 min by bus from downtown .

The apartment itself has been renovated not too long ago, very spacious and luminous. The room is one of the biggest, with a balcony. Furnished , with everything included (utilities, wifi), it is at 600$/month.
