About the place: 🏠 1 private room with in-built closet 🛁 1 shared bathroom with bathtub 🏙️ 2 balconies (a private one in the front and a shared one in the back) 🛋️ Shared living area with a sofa 🛌 furnitures included (table + office chair, will be getting a bed) 🧺 Washer and dryer in-unit 🍳 Fridge, stovetop + oven, microwave, kettle and toaster included 🛜 High-speed internet included ⚡️Hydro and heating included 📺 TV (no channel service but I do have Netflix and Prime 😊) 🦜🦜 I have two lovebirds. They are quite chirpy throughout the day, so please make sure you are comfortable with that before DMing. 🐱I don’t mind if you have cats, but I’m not so sure about the building rules regarding dogs.

🚈 Right next to CDN metro station (blue line) 🚌 Numerous bus stops nearby 🛒 A lot of big/small markets for groceries. A 24/7 Metro and Pharmaprix is only 5 mins away. 🍕Plenty of restaurants and pubs that are open late night 🛍️ Plaza Côte-des-Neiges is only 15 mins away (by bus). There’s an Econofitness, Walmart , Canadian tire, Dollarama and many other stores. There’s also Cinema Ciné Starz 🍿 in the plaza.
