There’s a place for rent up in Wasaga Beach ~ it’s a great deal ~ I’m thinking someone might want to take over the rent agreement I’ve had with these landlords over the last couple of years ~ they’re super nice people and the place is inexpensive ~ I don’t need the place anymore, but I thought someone else might be interested ~ so please share this if you know of someone looking for a place ~

~ It’s a cottage type place about a 2 minute walk from the beach in Wasaga Beach

~ The rent is $2000 a month including utilities and internet ~

~ 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen ~ all on one floor

~ The landlords like to have the place in the summer, and rent it every year from Oct 1st till May 31st

~ It’s maybe 60 years old, but it’s been fixed up recently, so it feels relatively nice

~ It’s furnished

~ There’s a washing machine and dryer as well, and a very generous sized backyard

No roommates - looking to rent the whole house. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 of them is ensuite.
