Starting immediately (move in date can be flexible), the lease would be until end of August (can be flexible too). You’ll be sharing the bathroom with one other roommate. I am looking for a female tenant who is respectful, clean, and responsible. Den could potentially include furniture (bed, desk, mattress ) upon request. however, the den does not have windows or a door so it would be covered by a curtain. The rent would be $1250 with everything included. Building includes: gym, game room, bbq patio, party room, on-call 24/7 maintenance service, 5 minute walk to tmu, eaton centre and queen ttc station, 15 minute ttc to UofT.
