Hi there, new roommate! I am excited to meet you.

I am seeking a female student to rent a private bedroom in the Sage Creek/Bonavista area: $800/month plus water and hydro split. Wifi included.

• 20 min away from U of M. -15 walk to the nearest bus stop.

-The furnished bedroom included two side tables, a queen bed, and a dresser. Private bathroom with full shower right beside bedroom that is located upstairs. The house has two levels with bedrooms on the second floor. -The kitchen, washer, and dryer are on the main floor for easy access. -Parking is available on the driveway. -Must be neat, responsible, respectful, easy going and tidy. -The household has two dogs (one medium-sized dog and one small one) that live here. They are great for support and cuddles when studying! -Non-smoking household.

• The backyard is to be fenced in come spring! I look forward to many bonfires and relaxing evenings studying on the patio.

The rental term will be set at 6 months in the beginning, and after this time, we will sit down and evaluate the future! :) 1600 Sq ft house.

Hi, I’m a 23-year-old psych student attending the University of Winnipeg. I work full-time on top of school, so I am usually busy. -I don’t mind helping out with commuting from time to time. If I’m driving to Uni, we can carpool. I love animals and own two dogs—one golden retriever and one beagle that will be living in the house. They are excellent at lending some emotional support through the difficulties of the university. I like a tidy home and am an introvert at heart. I love matcha, swimming at the lake and spending time with friends and family. -My passion is travelling to new places and exploring the world.
