Hello! We’re looking for a clean person who is responsible and respectful, who would be interested in living with group of like-minded people. We will be asking for a 3 month lease to start to make sure the living situation works for everyone with option to renew for a longer lease.

The house utilities are 1000mb/s internetvery fast, gas, electric, and water, Netflix, and some house supplies come included in the rent.

About the house: The house is 2400+ square feet 2-4 mins driving distance from a gym, 5 grocery stores, Costco, fast food, mission park creek, and 4 minutes away from Orchard Park mall. There are bus stops 4-10 minutes walking distance.

The house has central heating, 2.5 bathrooms, 6 bedrooms, a covered garage, large back yard and a covered deck.

The kitchen has 3 fridges, recent dishwasher, gas range, and enough storage for everyone in the pantry, as well as a microwave, air fryer. Anything you’ll need for the kitchen is there. You’ll share a fridge with 1 other person.

We have 2 small dogs. (Patrick and Odie) They bark, especially when people come in the door. They are friendly once they get used to you.

There is a cleaning system in place, it’s negotiable if everyone agrees to a change to it but until that time its expected that you will participate in the system.

We’re considerate people, open minded and for much of the time the house is quiet. 1 male couple and 1 other male in their 30s. Once you move in we plan to keep with that many people at the house. We’re mostly nerdy, video games, science leaning types here.
