Hello, I have two rooms available in my house. It’s located one street south of Lansdowne Street by the Memorial Centre. Central location with a bus route on the corner. Heat/Hydro/Internet included. Both available bedrooms are on the top story (2 story house) with a potential third room in the basement if there was a group interested. Otherwise the basement room is included as common area for renters to use. Other common areas include: 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, and a study. Rooms can come furnished with a bed and dresser as needed. I’m looking for renters hoping to find a quiet and clean place to call home.

Hi, my name is James and I’ve lived in my house on McGill in Peterborough for over a decade. I will be living on the main floor of the house in what was originally the living/dining room. If I find 2 roomies there will be 3 of us total. I’m quiet and tidy and spend a lot of time at home. I have a kitten and would prefer no other pets in the house.
