Hello! I am looking to lease transfer a spacious room starting January 15, or February 1st, 2024 and ending August 31st 2024 with opportunity for renewal. The room is not furnished but has lots of space, drawers, cabinets and a large window. All commom areas are fully furnished. It is a 4 bedroom apartment on the first floor of the building.

Common areas are the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and balcony which are fully furnished. The living room is spacious and well-lit with a street view. The building has a washing and drying room. (Message for a video tour of common areas).

The location is downtown, 5 min from Atwater metro, bus stops, and 15 min from Concordia! Groceries nearby include Adonis, PA, Marché Newton, and IGA. Very close to Alexis Nihon Mall and right in front of a new park :))

Only animals accepted are cats.

You would share the apartment with 3 other international roommates in their 20s. It is a very respectful environment, parties are allowed, guests are allowed, and it is usually quiet unless otherwise discussed.
