Bus 51, 55, 80 super close, and Laurier metro station at 7-8 min. walk (or 2-3 min. with bus 51). Less than 30 min. away from all universities. 2nd floor of 3 (sadly, the stairs are not the best for accessibility: only practicable on feet). The bedroom is mid to large size, super sunny, with a large window facing west (backyard + alley). Has a wardrobe and furnished with a super quality twin bed (w. linen, pillows, etc), night table & lamp, desk & chair, home-made wood storage cabinet. The apt fully furnished and equipped, and quite awesome to live in, really. Large sunny balcony (private). Smoking outside.

Rent includes internet, electricity (heating, hot water, etc.), insurances.
