One large bedroom for rent in a shared apartment. Located in the heart of Longbranch, Etobicoke, you’re approximately 40 minutes away from downtown Toronto by train/bus or 20 minutes by car. Close to Longbranch Go Station and 501 streetcar.
Bedroom can come furnished or unfurnished Shared bathroom but you’ll have your own sink / cupboard. Parking is available for an extra fee. Female in their mid 20s- late 30s is preferred. LGBTQ friendly. Employment Letter and References Required. Available Feb 1st 2024 or March 1st 2024

You’ll be living with one other person in this large, 900 square foot apartment. She is in her early 30s and works in HR Consulting. She works from home 3 days a week, and from the downtown office twice/week. Not a big drinker (maybe 1-2 glasses of wine/ month). Non smoker. No drugs. Batch cooks 1-2 times per week. Sociable and friendly :)
