Bedroom can fit a Queen sized bed, I have a twin bed available if needed. I have some furniture for the bedroom but if you want to furnish yourself you can! • Shared living area, kitchen and bathroom with myself and 3 pets. The pets won’t go in your bedroom just keep the door closed! • Smart TV in living area with Netflix, Prime and Disney plus included. • Hydro, Gas, Water and Internet included. • 5 minute drive from Algonquin College / College Square, walking distance to grocery and bus routes nearby that go to Lincoln Fields Station.

• There is no smoking allowed in the building or on the property, it has to be done 9 meters from the building (as per lease, I assume because we have gas heating and stove). • No pets allowed as I already have my own. Must be okay with both cats and dogs. • Parking available for an additional $100 a month. • Proof of income required • First and last required • Roommate agreement must be signed

I am the only one living here other than my pets. I am 26 years old, female, I have a American Bulldog/Mastiff mix puppy (8 months) and 2 cats! I will be at work all summer during the day but home during the winter months (most likely going back to school online). I like working out, playing video games and watching TV. I don’t have people over very often and I like a clean home.
