Cow Bay Road

A beautiful ocean side home, next to a lake as well. A beach is crossed the street. Stunning back yard that is great for fires in the summer with a back deck. We are looking to rent out our third room with shared bathroom. The bedroom is unfurnished but the remainder of the house is. The basement has lots of storage space and free space for any hobby. Plenty of parking space, you will need a car as we are not close to a bus route.It should be noted that utilities are extra.

We are two females in our thirties. One of us has an adorable outdoor cat. He gets along with all animals. We spend a large amount of time outdoors hiking,camping, paddle boarding, snowboarding.
