Must be clean (it is a basement room so spiders and tiny bugs may appear once in a while - but no bed bugs or cockroaches!). It contains a twin bed (or bring your own), semi furnished with dining set and some chest of drawers, room for your own small fridge and cooking appliance i.e. toaster oven, airfryer, microwave - (not included). Use of washer and Dryer within reason at low energy times. A basic bathroom and shower are for your own use and laundry sink. Parking available on road or arrangements with other condominium owners in area (mine is already rented for $70 per month). A contract/rental agreement and credit check will be required.

Hi - I am a Boomer/old Hippy at Heart settling into my golden years with no wish for DRAMA or noise (bluetooth and headphones recommended if you wish some late night TV viewing). I work from home but required to go into office a few days a week and usually in bed by 10pm - Weekends are different. I have a senior cat that runs the house and does not know boundaries - so may visit you often. I am 420 friendly but not cigarettes but have a small yard your welcome to use.
